We are careful to ensure excellent performance. We do the following:
● Our company developed different proprietary materials to comply with different applications and operations conditions in aluminum plants.
● We subject the molds to a specialized heat treatment process. This not only enhances the material's mechanical properties but also improves its durability.
● To guarantee the quality of the surface, we conduct non-destructive testing on the mold's surface. This allows us to detect any potential flaws in advance and take corrective measures, ensuring the integrity of the product.
● During the casting process, we use special risers. These risers play a crucial role in controlling internal defects, minimizing porosity and shrinkage cavities, and thus optimizing the internal structure of the sow mold.
Thanks to these special controls, our sow molds have minimal internal defects. Then they have a longer service life and better performance during use.
