What is the technology of Hot dross press?
The hot dross press can quickly extrude aluminum dross through excellent temperature control system and hydraulic system, avoiding aluminum oxidation and improving aluminum recovery efficiency. Compared with the traditional aluminum dross treatment technology in the past, it can directly deal with the aluminum dross when melting, and the metal aluminum is quickly squeezed out through the hydraulic system, and the separation process of aluminum and dross can be completed in about 40 minutes, which can improve the recovery efficiency and maximize the recovery of more aluminum.



How does hot dross press work?
1. Remove the aluminum dross from the smelting furnace (temperature above 700℃), use a forklift to transport the dross pan containing aluminum dross to the dross box.
2. According to the program setting, the aluminum dross in the dross pan is squeezed by the pressure indenter.
3. After the completion of the procedure, the metal aluminum and the dross can be successfully separated, and the aluminum liquid will flow into the collection tank, and immediately return to the furnace for smelting and pouring into ingots of different specifications.
4. After the extruded slag is cooled, it can be recycled through the rotary furnace and other equipment.
