The metal particles of smaller dimensions contained in the slag that is pressed, after the treatment, are aggregated together while those that are more on the surface form a sort of "cap" of aluminum that covers the pressed block and makes it is more easily recoverable.

The economic benefits brought by the aluminum dross press are still considerable, and there is the input cost of the equipment in the early stage, but it largely reduces the labor cost, improves the overall recovery rate of aluminum, and can work efficiently, which not only improves the amount of aluminum, but also ensures the safety of the quality and working environment.
