Shredder is generally used for more difficult to tear plastic, rubber, wood, cable and other solid materials, sometimes also need to break relatively hard materials, so the blade requirements are relatively high. Therefore, in order to meet the various needs of our customers, we use materials ranging from SKD-11 to cemented carbide to guarantee their quality and service life.

High hardness: The hardness of Blades reaches 58-63HRC, and its wear resistance is higher than that of ordinary tools, which can be applied to the treatment of waste materials including glass fiber.
